Taylor graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and has worked for multiple startup companies, such as Impossible Foods, while living on the west coast. She has also worked seasonally in Lake Tahoe and completed a year-long AmeriCorps term in Colorado, helping to address food insecurity in the community by growing produce for local food pantries and organizations.

In addition, Taylor is a yoga instructor and personal trainer, and enjoys cooking, traveling, and getting outside with family and friends.
