About Tarik Grant

Tarik is a graduate of Concordia University Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership. He began his career as a Recruiting Consultant in the IT space. Tarik joined ThinkingAhead eager to work in a company with a strong company culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. He thrives in collaborative environments that also allow for independent work and continuously looks for more ways to form genuine long term business relationships.  

Tarik currently resides in the vibrant Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago. With a passion for recruiting and a love for all things food, especially sushi, Tarik brings a unique perspective to the talent acquisition space.
