Rebecca is a Recruiter with Thinking Ahead Executive Search. She connects strong Nonprofit leaders with mission-driven organizations, specifically in the arts and culture sector.

Rebecca is passionate about Nonprofits focused in arts and culture. As an artist herself, she wholeheartedly believes that the arts are a vital and healing part of the human experience. Rebecca has performed and directed musical theatre, is a classically trained ballerina and vocalist, and plays piano and guitar. She is also an avid traveler and first-generation American, and greatly values the impact of Nonprofit cultural institutions.

As a former Associate Sales Leader with Southwestern Advantage, Rebecca brings her strong work-ethic, passion for helping others, and years of sales and recruiting experience to the team at ThinkingAhead. During her time with SWA, Rebecca was recognized as a #1 first-time Organizational Leader, Top Team Leader, and Top Experienced Salesperson. She worked over 80 hours a week for five summers and consistently recruited top salespeople.

Rebecca attended the University of Oklahoma and has a degree in Entrepreneurship and English Writing. Rebecca loves to hike alongside her dog, Winnie, and read while cuddled up with her cat, Oscar. She is a yogi and spent about a year backpacking India, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Rebecca calls Bentonville, Arkansas home.
