About Nicole Sayago

Nicole Sayago is a Certified Diversity Recruiter at ThinkingAhead Executive Search specializing in talent research and strategic sourcing initiatives across practice areas. Nicole has seven years of recruitment experience in a wide variety of industries and ten years of experience in the nonprofit industry. She earned a Master degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Central Florida in 2015, and her Bachelor degree in Sociology from the University of South Florida in 2011. In addition to her work with ThinkingAhead, Nicole is also a lecturer with a Cardiff Metropolitan University campus based in Casablanca, Morocco. Though Nicole is a native New Yorker, and a fellow Floridian, she is currently abroad in this beautiful northern African country where she enjoys admiring gorgeous scenery, frolicking in the year-round sunshine, and sampling delectable eats.
