About Kahti Motley

Kahti is an Executive Recruiter with the Legal Team at Thinking Ahead Executive Search. She recruits in the following areas:

• Retained and Engaged Search – Attorney/Partner
• Legal Support
• Partner and Lateral Attorney Placement
• Law Firm Merger/Acquisition
• Expansion to new Legal Markets

She has been working as a Sr. Recruiter/Account Manager for the past 20 years. Kahti has worked in many different industries, to include IT, Legal, Mortgage Lending, Healthcare, etc.  She spent 10 years recruiting for the World Bank. She has been a corporate recruiter for a large International IT Services company and most recently a Sr. Recruiter for a small start-up Staffing Agency, specializing in Storage, Backup, and Recovery and Residency Programs.

Kahti graduated from Hollins University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and a Minor in Communications.

She lives in Florida and is an avid Equestrian who enjoys sharing her life-long sport/competitions with her daughter, Locke. Kahti and her husband Jerry own and live on an Equestrian farm in Gainesville, Florida
