About Kadri Lumsden

As a Recruiter with the Sales division at ThinkingAhead, Kadri places Top Sales Talent. She focuses on sales and sales leadership roles. 

Kadri is originally from Estonia (a tiny country in Northern Europe) and recently moved from Hawaii. Now she lives with her husband and son in Raeford, North Carolina. She graduated from Tallinn University with a B.A. in Public Relations & Communication. Before joining ThinkingAhead, she spent four years as a Student Manager & Organizational Leader with sister company Southwestern Advantage, recruiting and training student salespeople. For the past year, she has been sourcing clients and candidates for ThinkingAhead’s European division. 

Kadri is a five-time Estonian champion in Karate and is very passionate about traveling and hiking. She has traveled to over 50 countries on 5 different continents, lived in 8 other countries, and hiked mountains fifteen thousand feet above sea level.
