About Houda El Fatni

Houda is a recruiter in the Nonprofit Practice at ThinkingAhead Executive Search. She specializes in recruiting highly qualified talent in several sectors: immigration, science and children’s museums, and zoos and aquariums. 

Prior to joining ThinkingAhead, Houda worked in technology recruitment for five years. She was a network engineer before moving to Japan to earn her MBA. 

A lover of adventure, travel, and languages, Houda has lived in Morocco, France, Japan, and now makes her home in Jacksonville, Florida with her husband and son.
