About Hans Schlegel

Hans is a Partner and Lead Recruiter in the Sales division of ThinkingAhead. Along with Shayne Merrick and Ben Kessler, their focus is on the recruitment and placement of Top Sales Talent. Hans is in his 8th year in Recruiting and has contributed to over 250 placements with client companies worldwide. Prior to joining ThinkingAhead, he was a Sales Leader with Southwestern Advantage, recruiting and training student salespeople. Including his Southwestern experience, he has been a part of the corporate family for 15 years.  Hans is a Certified Personnel Consultant.

Hans is a graduate of Miami University with a degree in Zoology. He serves on the United Way committee for the Southwestern Family of Companies and is active in his local church. Hans, his wife Laura (also a Southwestern alumnus), their daughter (Annika) and son (Stein) all now call Nashville their home.
