About Greg Boucher, CPC

Greg was appointed President in January of 2015.  He has been an award-winning search professional for 38 years, exclusively with ThinkingAhead, serving a select group of clients recruiting at the Director, Vice President and C-Suite Levels.  As President and from the corporate headquarters in Nashville, Greg also mentors a growing team of 50 professionals, who in 2021 served 175 unique client organizations through 351 placements.

Representative of the company’s philanthropic outreach, he has been honored for his service to the business and social communities for volunteering and serving on the Boards of the Middle Tennessee Better Business Bureau, Rotary International, the Adult Literacy Council, Boy Scouts of America, the Tennessee Association of Personnel Consultants, and The Family Foundation.

Greg graduated from the University of Florida with a Masters of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Political Science.  He is an avid water sports and nature enthusiast. He and his wife Hilary have four children and make their home in Franklin, TN.
