About Greg Boucher, CPC

Greg was appointed President in January of 2015.  He has been an award-winning search professional for 35 years, exclusively with ThinkingAhead, serving a select group of clients recruiting at the Director, Vice President and C-Suite Levels.  As President and from the corporate headquarters in Nashville, Greg also mentors a growing team of 45 recruiters and staff members, who in 2018 served 175 unique client organizations through 346 placements in 10 Practices Areas including Nonprofit Leadership, Commercial Banking and Finance, Energy, HealthCare IT, Gaming, Life Sciences, Legal, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Sales.

Representative of the company’s philanthropic outreach, he has been honored for his service to the business and social communities for  volunteering and serving on the Boards of the Middle Tennessee Better Business Bureau, Rotary International, the Adult Literacy Council, Boy Scouts of America, the Tennessee Association of Personnel Consultants, and The Christian Church.

Greg graduated from the University of Florida with a Masters of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Political Science.  He is an avid water sports and nature enthusiast. He and his wife Hilary have three children and make their home in historic Franklin, TN.
