About Courtney Fallert

Courtney joined ThinkingAhead as the Revenue Cycle Accountant in early 2023. 

She most recently worked as an Operations Analyst for major investment banking clients at Capco. Prior to that role, she spent three years as Trust Operations Associate for First Mid Wealth Management which included a transition to a brand-new accounting system. While there, she handled reconciliations for unique assets. 

Courtney is great with clients, stakeholders, and financial advisors, and she has vast experience with complex money market instruments and large data elements. She has a strong technical side and is known for picking things up quickly.   

Courtney is a 2018 graduate of Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business – Finance and Minor in Accounting. She was also an exchange student for one semester in 2015 at Central Queensland University in Rockhampton, Australia. 

She moved to the Nashville area in 2021 and resides in Hendersonville. She loves spending time with her two Australian Shepherds and is eager to get her puppy into agility training.
