JOB:
The Controller will serve as the financial right hand to the President, while maintaining close alignment with the CFO and other key stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, and overseeing full-cycle accounting. In addition to managing the month-end close, payroll, and commissions process, the Controller will also play a key role in incentive design, compensation analytics, and system improvements. You’ll supervise and mentor both onshore and offshore accounting staff, providing leadership across geographies, while collaborating cross-functionally with IT, Sales, and HR to ensure accuracy and accountability across all financial systems.
