Phase 1: Sales Representative
Learn the business by generating new customers, inspecting properties, educating homeowners, and working alongside experienced project managers.
Phase 2: Project Manager
Once you've demonstrated consistency and completed several projects alongside the team, you'll begin managing your own jobs, from insurance coordination and material selection to installation oversight and final customer satisfaction. Top performers have earned this responsibility within months, depending on experience and performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, and company leads.
- Inspect roofs and identify potential storm damage.
- Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters.
- Manage projects from approval through completion.
- Oversee installation day, quality control, and customer communication.
- People who aren't afraid to start conversations.
- Competitive individuals who enjoy controlling their own income.
- Candidates with cold calling, outside sales, or door-to-door experience.
- Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.
Average performers: $60,000-$80,000
Strong performers: $150,000+
Top performers: $200,000+
There is no cap on earnings. Your income is directly tied to your effort and results.
Territories
Colorado: Colorado Springs (preferred), Denver, Boulder, and surrounding markets.
Florida: Jacksonville (preferred), North & Central Florida.
