We are seeking a detail-oriented Trust Officer to manage and administer fiduciary accounts, including trusts, estates, and agency relationships. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality client service, ensuring compliance with governing documents, and supporting business development efforts.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Trust Officer to manage and administer fiduciary accounts, including trusts, estates, and agency relationships. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality client service, ensuring compliance with governing documents, and supporting business development efforts.
Duties:
- Administer assigned trust, estate, and agency accounts in accordance with governing documents and client needs
- Analyze trust instruments and ensure proper execution of fiduciary responsibilities
- Coordinate asset management activities, including valuation, transfer, and protection of assets
- Establish new accounts, manage distributions, and oversee tax and accounting considerations
- Collaborate with internal partners (investment, legal, estate planning) and external stakeholders
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and other related parties
- Resolve client and account issues proactively and professionally
- Participate in court proceedings and support asset acquisition or disposition as needed
- Provide input on trust account strategy, including investment considerations and distributions
- Contribute to new business development and client relationship growth
- Supervise staff as applicable and support team development
- 3-5 years of trust, estate, or fiduciary administration experience preferred
- Strong understanding of trust structures, estate administration, and fiduciary principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and relationship management abilities
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and related activities
- Professional demeanor with a strong client service orientation
