With over 20 years of experience in executive search, corporate recruiting, and talent acquisition, Greg is a results-driven professional who has built a reputation for aligning top-tier talent with high-growth organizations across the United States.

Throughout his career, Greg has specialized in placing mid-to senior-level professionals, including C-suite executives, for a wide range of companies—from emerging businesses to Fortune 1000 firms. His previous roles include leadership positions at respected organizations such as Korn Ferry, PNC Bank, Citizens Bank, and Stryker. Known as a trusted Talent Acquisition Advisor, Greg consistently exceeds client expectations through full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing plans, and strong relationship-building with both clients and candidates.

Greg graduated from Hillsdale College with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Psychology. He lives in West Michigan with his wife, Shannon, a Clinical Pharmacist at Bronson Hospital. They are proud parents to two children: Lily, a business student at Michigan State University studying Marketing, and Luke, their joyful special needs son who works part-time on a farm and has a deep love for animals.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys staying active through mountain biking, traveling, reading, concerts, and spending quality time with his family.
