Commercial Lending Manager - Chicago

We are seeking a proven commercial banking leader who wants meaningful influence over people, portfolio performance, and market growth.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of commercial lenders and treasury officers
• Drive commercial loan and deposit growth through new and existing relationships
• Maintain strong asset quality through disciplined portfolio management
• Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives
• Represent the credit union with business owners, COIs, and community partners

What We're Looking For

• 10-15 years of commercial lending experience, including leadership responsibility
• Strong credit acumen and relationship-based business development skills
• Proven ability to grow portfolios while maintaining credit discipline
• Bachelor's degree required

Travel: 50% regional travel across branch locations
