Maintenance Manager

The Opportunity
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance activities at the facility, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting safe, efficient operations. This role partners closely with operations, engineering, and plant leadership to drive continuous improvement and support production goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and manage the maintenance team, including technicians and supervisors
- Ensure safe execution of all maintenance activities in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Drive improvements in equipment uptime, reliability, and overall plant performance
- Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and work order execution
- Utilize CMMS to track maintenance activities, downtime, and costs
- Partner with operations to prioritize work and support production requirements
- Support capital projects, equipment installations, and process improvements
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets
- Analyze root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Experience leading maintenance operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems
- Proven ability to lead teams, set priorities, and hold people accountable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives preferred
- Technical degree, engineering degree, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Stable, well-capitalized manufacturing organization
