Read has partnered with clients across the U.S. to fill critical roles in manufacturing, packaging, automation, and engineering. Known for his consultative approach and deep industry insight, he is passionate about connecting great people with great companies.

Originally from Buffalo, New York, Read is a proud (and patient) Buffalo Bills fan who wrongly insists Josh Allen is both family and a close personal friend. He holds a degree in History from Ohio Wesleyan University and now lives in Columbus, Ohio, with his wife Katie—an exceptional kindergarten teacher—and their two children, Elizabeth and Wells.
