Commercial Loan Officer - Full-Time, Hybrid
 
Salary: $90k to $140k base + performance-based incentives

Location: Milwaukee
 
We're seeking a motivated Commercial Loan Officer to grow and manage a thriving commercial loan portfolio. This role combines business development, relationship management, and delivering outstanding service to members.
 
What You'll Do:

• Develop and expand commercial relationships with new and existing members.
• Analyze financial information, initiate loan applications, and coordinate closings.
• Cross-sell financial products to meet member needs.
• Build networks with Centers of Influence (COIs) and participate in community events.
• Manage existing loan portfolio, monitor payments, renew loans, and maintain asset quality.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and credit union policies.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 4-8 years of commercial lending or banking experience.
• College degree (preferred in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence senior-level personnel.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and exercise discretion with confidential information.
