This role involves canvassing neighborhoods, educating homeowners on storm-related roof damage, and serving as an advocate throughout the insurance claim process.
This is a high-activity, field-based sales position designed for candidates who are competitive, persistent, and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face outreach in assigned neighborhoods to generate homeowner interest
- Educate homeowners on storm damage and property protection options through insurance
- Schedule and confirm property inspections (inspections performed by internal specialists)
- Guide customers through the insurance claim approval process
- Utilize company-provided CRM and training resources to manage pipeline and performance
- Base Salary: $52,000 (non-recoverable draw)
- Inspection Bonus: $100 per confirmed inspection
- Commission: 13% on approved insurance claim profits (average payout of $1,000 per closing)
- Typical Ramp: Most representatives exceed base income within 6 months and progress to six-figure annual earnings by year one
- Company vehicle provided through a $89/week program (available for personal and work use)

- Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Core sales hours fall between 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Some Saturdays may be required depending on territory demand
High performers have access to structured promotions including:
- Senior Sales Representative
- Field Supervisor
- Sales Manager or Territory Lead
- Prior experience in door-to-door sales, roofing, solar, pest control, home services, alarms, security, telecom, or automotive sales is helpful—but not required
- Must be comfortable initiating conversations with homeowners and working outdoors
- Highly resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Prefers a performance-based compensation model rather than a traditional desk role
