Job Title: Senior Process Engineer — Fluid Blending & Mixing
Location: New England region (remote/field work hybrid) — travel approximately 25%.

We are partnering with a leading manufacturing partner to recruit a Senior Process Engineer with deep experience in fluid blending and mixing. This senior, hands-on role will own process design and scale-up activities, drive continuous improvement, implement new technologies, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable processing solutions across food & beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications.

We are partnering with a leading manufacturing partner to recruit a Senior Process Engineer with deep experience in fluid blending and mixing. This senior, hands-on role will own process design and scale-up activities, drive continuous improvement, implement new technologies, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable processing solutions across food & beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design, scale-up, and optimization of fluid blending and mixing systems, from concept through commissioning.
- Diagnose and resolve complex process issues; develop cost-effective engineering solutions and process improvements.
- Evaluate and integrate new equipment and technologies to support production, sustainability and automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations, quality standards and internal safety policies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and stakeholder communication; support customer-facing activities and site visits as required (approx. 25% travel).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or related engineering discipline.
- 15+ years' relevant process engineering experience, with demonstrated expertise in fluid blending and mixing.
- Strong knowledge of process control systems, automation and equipment design.
- Excellent problem solving, project management, and communication skills; ability to navigate a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Comfortable working on plant floors with occasional lifting (up to ~25 lbs), stairs/ladders, and exposure to manufacturing environments with standard PPE.
- Must be able to travel by car and air for site visits.
