Midwest Regional Sales Manager
Sales Manager BEVERAGE
Under the direct supervision of the (Sales Director USA) your responsibility will be to promote & sale our range of products (depal, packers, pal) for BEVERAGE business through market development strategy.
Your territory is the entire North America, from the identification of projects to, through their technical detailed discussions, the negotiation of orders.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Economics, or
equivalent Master would be an advantage.
- Experience: 10 to 15 years' experience in selling technical & manufacturing
products at international level.
- Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles
(existing customer base).
- Good personality, mature and confident, with excellent communication and
negotiation skills.
- Creative and analytical thinking, capacities to explore and interpret alternatives and information.
- Efficient in sales team management.
- Customer oriented.
- Autonomous, responsible and able to prioritize various simultaneous tasks.
- Good team player, results orientated, honest and straightforward.
- Excellent communication in English both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently and travel frequently.
- Workplace based in the territory.
- Strong Technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Identify projects offering sales potential for the Company in the territory and update the project list on a monthly basis.
- Conduct sales presentations to customers involved in targeted projects, collect information about their needs, propose technical solutions and recommendations using our BEVERAGE products and highlight the benefits in the aim to get our products specified and/or selected.
- Prepare sales quotations in line with the company policy and the environment of the project.
- Support and coordinate the sales approaches and participate in meetings to update our sales strategies and to determinate short- and medium-term objectives.
- Organize follow-up visits and report (monthly) about the sales activities, the status of the pending projects, and the short-term development objectives.
- Participate in technical seminars and exhibitions to promote the Company's products and services.
- Update the sales forecast of the territory (monthly) to ensure that inventories and capacities of the fabricators are adequate to serve the market.
- Suggest product improvements and/or new products in line with the market requirements.
- Finalize orders and negotiate contracts.
- Follow up proper execution and delivery, up to final collection.
- Capturing rising market opportunities.
- Acquisitions of new customers.
- Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support
- Support marketing activities and market communications.
- Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients (for a minimum of 60% of the working time).
