Credit Analyst

Commercial Credit Analyst - (two openings)
 
We're hiring two Commercial Credit Analysts to support commercial and real estate lending. In this role, you'll evaluate loan requests, analyze borrower performance, and provide clear recommendations that help balance opportunity and risk.
 
Responsibilities

• Review financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and guarantor strength.
• Prepare written credit analyses and assign risk ratings.
• Recommend loan structures, covenants, and process improvements.
• Partner with Loan Officers and Loan Committee to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies while protecting confidentiality.
• Represent the organization professionally in all customer and team interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of commercial credit analysis experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SBA/USDA or other government lending programs a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with underwriting software .
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
