About Paul Toshner, CPC

Paul is a Recruiter with the Legal practice at ThinkingAhead Executive Search. He is member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants. 

Paul brings a wealth of knowledge having worked for 13 years in the sales and recruiting industry. He has experience in several different verticals including Legal, Healthcare and Manufacturing. Prior to joining ThinkingAhead, Paul worked for 4 years as a Director of Business Development for U.S. Legal Support, which is one of the nation’s largest litigation support providers in the country.

Paul is a graduate of Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin, with a bachelor’s degree in history and minor in secondary education. He played basketball at the collegiate level for Carroll and earned all-conference accolades his senior year.

Paul enjoys working out, playing sports, traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
