Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Mike Hark earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Florida State University before beginning a career in recruiting. After starting in healthcare recruitment in Boston, he built extensive experience across the recruiting spectrum, managing a full desk, serving as Corporate Director of Recruitment for Florida’s largest healthcare provider, and later running his own successful recruiting firm.
With a proven track record of identifying and placing top talent, Mike has developed a reputation for combining strong relationship-building skills with a strategic, consultative approach to search.
