Jonathan is an experienced executive recruiter specializing in manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering talent. With over a decade of experience in staffing and recruiting, he brings a rare combination of deep technical knowledge and front-line industry experience to every search. Since entering the staffing field in 2013, he has held full-desk recruiter roles as well as positions in account management and business development. His outstanding performance has earned him multiple accolades, including New Recruiter of the Year, Outstanding Achievement, and Vice President’s Award. 

Before transitioning into recruiting, Jonathan built a successful early career in manufacturing. Hired at age 18 to sweep the floors of a machine shop, he quickly rose through the ranks—learning manual machining, CNC programming, cost estimation, fixture design, and capital equipment procurement. His hands-on knowledge spans everything from in-process inspection and cycle time optimization to managing part production from inception to shipment. 

He later spent eight years as a capital equipment sales executive, representing CNC machine tool manufacturers across New York and Connecticut. This role expanded his network substantially and gave him unique insight into the challenges and hiring needs of manufacturers in the Northeast. 

Today, Jonathan leverages his extensive technical background and industry connections to help companies identify and hire top-tier engineering and operations talent. His firsthand understanding of the manufacturing environment makes him a trusted partner to both clients and candidates alike.
