“Heather was an amazing recruiter who put her focus and dedication in finding the best candidate for a very niche position. She was always professional, transparent, and responsive to our questions and concerns regarding the recruitment process. Heather did an amazing job networking and recruiting for a position that required specific experience in Development. Not only did she take the position and began sourcing so quickly, she also prioritized our organizational Diversity and Inclusion values and ensured our candidate pool had diverse candidates in race, gender, experience, etc. With Heathers expertise and recruiting we now have an exceptional employee. Thank you Heather and Thinking Ahead.”
