About Heather Campbell, CPC

Heather is a Partner and Executive Recruiter in the Nonprofit Practice at ThinkingAhead. Upon joining the team in 2019, she spearheaded the growth of the human-rights space and continues to expand long-lasting partnerships in this area. She is passionate about advocating for the rights of all, and has specifically focused her efforts on women/gender equity and LGBTQ+ spaces.

Heather graduated from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN, with a B.S. in Business Administration: Marketing and Management. Prior to ThinkingAhead, she gained sales experience with Great American by consulting, marketing, and promoting fundraising programs in schools and other non-profit organizations. Heather also has many years of experience consulting franchisees as they open their businesses. She coached on management, processes, and developmental strategies to ensure their success.

Heather lives in South Minneapolis, MN with her side-kick Leah, a seven-year-old Australian Shepard. She’s an avid road biker, camper, and hiker. Heather believes in continual self-development and spreading kindness whenever she can. She carries this mindset into her work, demonstrated by her willingness to learn from her clients and uplift the candidates she engages with.
