Chip is an executive recruiter in the Insurance practice at ThinkingAhead, and brings nearly a decade of recruiting experience. He partners with carriers, MGAs, and consultancies to help them identify and hire top talent across actuarial, data science, underwriting, claims, product, account management, and other related areas.

Chip is known for being a trusted strategic partner for his clients, advising on hiring strategies, market outlooks, and long-term talent planning to support their organizational goals. His enthusiasm for helping both clients and candidates align on the “what” and the “why” consistently delivers the right long-term fit.

Based in Dallas, Chip graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. When he’s not at his desk, he loves spending time with his wife, one-year-old son, and their 120-pound Bernedoodle. Chip is also an avid sports fan who enjoys playing pickleball, padel, and golf.
