Brian Heckard is a strategic operations leader, sales executive, and decorated U.S. Marine Corps veteran with more than 20 years of experience in sales, training, recruitment, and performance-driven operations. He is recognized for his ability to translate executive vision into measurable results through data-driven decision-making, consultative leadership, and team development.

Over the course of his career, Brian has spearheaded revenue growth strategies, executed national recruiting campaigns, and led high-performing teams across both military and commercial sectors. His expertise includes driving top-line growth, implementing compliance-aligned operations, and managing complex projects in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

As President of Heckard Consulting, LLC, Brian leads strategic business development and client engagement initiatives, providing advisory services to organizations ranging from small businesses to multimillion-dollar enterprises. Prior to that he served as Director of Physical Fitness at Gold’s Gym, where he developed and led top-performing teams, elevated sales rankings, and implemented high-impact performance standards.

During his distinguished 25-year career in the United States Marine Corps, Brian advanced to Recruiting & Training Operations Manager, overseeing multi-site leadership and recruiting programs across multiple regions. He earned numerous commendations, including the Bronze Officer Recruiting Award and Marine Corps Rookie Instructor of the Year, recognizing his excellence in leadership and mission execution.
Brian holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources, a Bachelor of Science in Leadership, and multiple certifications in communication, coaching, and senior military leadership. His career reflects a steadfast commitment to mission excellence, organizational growth, and people-centered leadership.

Brian and his wife have been married for 30 years and reside in Florida. They enjoy working out at the gym, spending time with their four grandchildren, golfing, and taking in the beautiful Florida weather.
