• Drive new business through proactive calling and relationship-building with commercial clients
• Underwrite, structure, negotiate, and close commercial loans
• Analyze credit and recommend sound lending decisions to management
• Cross-sell the bank's full suite of products and services
• Manage and grow an existing loan portfolio
• Represent the bank in the Dallas community through active involvement in local business and civic organizations

• 3+ years of commercial banking experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting (preferred)
• Strong credit analysis, negotiation, and deal-structuring skills
• A proven track record of business development
• Sharp judgment, sound decision-making, and a polished, professional presence
• The drive to build relationships and the discipline to manage them well
