Our client — a well-established, community-focused bank with strong momentum throughout McKinney and greater Collin County — is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to bring their expertise, expand their relationships, and help build a lasting presence in one of North Texas's fastest-growing business markets.

The Role- Generate new commercial business through proactive outreach, networking, and referral development
- Structure, underwrite, and negotiate commercial loan packages that serve both the client and the bank
- Lead the credit analysis process and present well-supported recommendations to leadership
- Grow and retain an existing portfolio while cross-selling deposit and treasury management services
- Serve as a visible representative of the bank within the McKinney business community, including chamber events, civic involvement, and local networking
- 3+ years of commercial lending experience, with a demonstrated track record of origination and closing
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
- Strong technical foundation in credit analysis, deal structuring, and negotiation
- An established book of business, or the relationships and reputation to build one quickly in the McKinney/Collin County market
- Sound judgment, discretion, and the professional presence to represent the bank at every level
