Construction Superintendent

TRAVELING SUPERINTENDENT
Based in Dallas, TX
A nationally recognized commercial general contractor is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to oversee restaurant and commercial construction projects throughout the United States.
This role is ideal for Superintendents who enjoy managing fast-paced projects, traveling for work and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Lead ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects across multiple markets
- Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through turnover
- Coordinate subcontractors and maintain project schedules
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within quality standards
- Conduct jobsite meetings and maintain project reporting
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and executive leadership
- Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships throughout construction
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a Commercial General Contractor
- Restaurant construction experience strongly preferred
- Experience building quick-service, fast-casual or full-service restaurants is highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors and project execution
- Willingness to travel extensively for projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
- Additional FWW Overtime Premium

Candidates should be located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area or within approximately 25 miles of Dallas. Projects are located throughout the United States and travel is a core component of the position.
