Assistant Project Manager

Assistant Project Manager (APM)
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL or Miami, FL (must be willing to work between both offices as needed)
Compensation: Up to $115,000 base salary
Industry Experience Required:

• General Contractor experience required
• High-end restaurant construction experience strongly preferred
• Hospitality construction experience also highly relevant
• Ground-up and interior renovation experience preferred

Experience:

• 5+ years of construction project management/APM experience
• Experience supporting projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Strong understanding of submittals, RFIs, change orders, buyout and project documentation
• Procore proficiency required
• Strong Excel skills required

What They'll Be Doing:

• Support Project Managers on restaurant construction projects
• Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement logs and project documentation
• Assist with subcontractor buyout and scope development
• Support change order management and billing processes
• Coordinate between field teams and project management
• Assist with project closeout and punch list completion
