Construction Superintendent

LOCAL SUPERINTENDENT
South Florida
A well-established commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects throughout South Florida.

Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on-site
- Drive and maintain project schedules
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance throughout construction
- Lead jobsite meetings and coordinate with project management teams
- Maintain project documentation and daily reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers and trade partners
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
- Ground-up commercial construction experience required
- Restaurant, retail, hospitality or similar commercial project experience preferred
- Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining quality and schedule expectations
- Proficient with construction technology and reporting systems
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $115,000 - $125,000
- Additional FWW Overtime Premium
- Mileage Reimbursement for eligible travel

This position is focused exclusively on projects within Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Superintendents are assigned one project at a time and are responsible for driving the project from groundbreaking through completion.
