Location: Coastal North Carolina (project-based)
Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 + vehicle + per diem + full benefits

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance on-site
- Coordinate with Project Managers and internal teams
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proven ability to run projects independently
- Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor management, and field execution
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Willingness to travel to project sites across coastal North Carolina
- Company vehicle and paid travel
- Daily per diem
- Strong pipeline of repeat work (not chasing one-off jobs)
