We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Originator to join a growing platform. This role is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing commercial real estate debt transactions, with a focus on borrower direct agency execution.
Platform offers comprehensive access to a full range of capital solutions, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, bridge lending, CMBS, debt placement, and alternative capital sources. In addition, originators benefit from integrated collaboration with an Investment Sales team, creating a highly competitive, full-service environment for clients.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated producer with strong industry relationships, a deep understanding of multifamily finance, and the ability to deliver tailored capital solutions across varying deal structures.
Established history of closing GSE loans in the past 24 months required, and no single family please.
