I'm currently working with a fantastic bank that is seeking a Market President for a position in the Tulsa Oklahoma Metro. With nearly 90 years of uninterrupted profitability, this institution ranks among Oklahoma's largest banks, with several billion in assets, dozens of locations across Oklahoma and Kansas, and a top-tier financial rating. The Role
The Market President will lead commercial banking efforts in the Broken Arrow market, driving business development, managing a diverse loan portfolio, and leading a team of commercial banking professionals. This person will be the face of the bank in Tulsa, deepening client relationships and executing a relationship-first philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and grow new and existing commercial banking relationships
• Originate, structure, and manage a high-quality commercial loan portfolio
• Review credit memos and oversee portfolio performance and risk
• Lead, mentor, and develop a local commercial banking team

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial banking experience with strong business development and lending track record
• Solid credit knowledge including financial statement analysis and loan structuring
• Proven team leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business; advanced credentials a plus
