Civil Site Estimator (Site Development, Utilities, Earthwork)
Location: Tampa / Clearwater, FL (In-Office)
A growing construction organization is actively seeking an experienced Civil Site Estimator to join their team. This role will play a key part in pricing and securing site development projects across the private sector, with future expansion into DOT and municipal work.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who understands the Florida market and wants to step into a high-impact estimating role with a consistent pipeline of work.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for site development, utilities, and earthwork projects
• Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Develop competitive and accurate bid proposals
• Collaborate with operations and project teams during preconstruction
• Manage multiple bids at various stages simultaneously
• Support expansion into DOT and municipal estimating work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in civil/site construction
• Strong background in site development, utilities, and earthwork
• Experience estimating projects ranging from $500K to $30M
• Proficient with B2W, Agtek, and Bluebeam
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and geotechnical reports
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids

Compensation

• $80K-$120K base salary depending on experience
