About the Opportunity
We are working with a Baltimore-area commercial construction company that specializes in high-volume restaurant and retail construction across the Mid-Atlantic. Their client base includes national brands such as Dunkin', KFC, Taco Bell, and Wendy's, with a consistent pipeline of repeat work.
The company is actively growing and hiring two Superintendents to support a strong backlog of remodel and upcoming ground-up projects.
Role Overview
This is a field-driven Superintendent position focused on managing multiple fast-paced commercial projects. The role requires someone who can operate independently, manage subcontractors effectively, and keep projects moving without the need for constant oversight.
Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
• Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards
• Run multiple projects simultaneously, including fast-track remodels
• Interpret and execute from blueprints, drawings, and project documentation
• Maintain jobsite safety and enforce project schedules
• Coordinate directly with company leadership on execution and timelines

Project Breakdown

• 60% remodel work
• 40% ground-up construction
• High-volume restaurant construction projects
• Some remodels completed in as little as 2 weeks
• 17+ Dunkin' remodels scheduled this year alone
• Additional ground-up projects scheduled to start soon

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Ability to run projects independently without hand holding
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and field execution
• Experience managing multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
• Restaurant or retail experience is a plus, not required
