Electrical Estimator

We're looking for an Electrical Construction Estimator to support design‑build projects in data center and semiconductor environments. This role focuses on detailed electrical takeoffs, material and labor pricing, and building accurate estimates using Accubid and Bluebeam. You'll work closely with project managers, engineering, vendors, and field teams to deliver clean, precise bid packages.
What You'll Do

• Review electrical drawings, specs, and BIM/CAD models to define scope
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for low‑ and medium‑voltage systems
• Build estimates using Accubid and develop pricing from vendor quotes and historical data
• Issue RFQs/RFPs and maintain strong vendor/subcontractor relationships
• Prepare complete bid packages and written proposals
• Coordinate with PMs, engineering, and field teams to ensure continuity from estimate to execution
• Participate in bid reviews and project kickoff meetings

What You Bring

• 3+ years of electrical construction estimating experience
• Strong understanding of NEC and standard installation practices
• Proficiency with Accubid, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Experience in data center or semiconductor environments is a plus
• Electrician license is a bonus

• Full‑time role based in the South Bay (hybrid flexibility available)
• Typical project sizes range from $5M to $20M
• Salary range: $105,000 - $115,000, depending on experience
