Job Title: Local Construction Superintendent (Restaurant Projects)
Location: South Florida - Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties
Compensation: $115,000 - $130,000 base + OT (FWW structure) + Mileage Reimbursement
About the Role:
We're partnering with a South Florida-based General Contractor that builds some of the most recognizable restaurant and hospitality spaces in the U.S. They're actively hiring Local Superintendents to run projects from the ground up in the tri-county area. These are long-term, stable roles focused on quality execution—not constant travel or jumping job-to-job.
What You'll Do:

• Manage one commercial project at a time from start to finish
• Supervise and coordinate all subcontractors—this is a true supervision role, not self-perform
• Ensure scheduling, safety, and quality control standards are consistently met
• Act as the on-site leader representing the GC and liaising with clients, inspectors, and vendors
• Drive the schedule and hold trades accountable to keep things moving on time and within scope

What You Need to Succeed:

• At least 5 years of Superintendent experience with a GC (no subcontractors)
• Proven track record leading full restaurant, retail, or hospitality ground-up builds
• Strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality enforcement skills
• Local to South Florida — daily travel within Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach counties

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Experience with tenant improvement or interior build-outs
• Spanish fluency
