Office, construction sites, and yard environments; indoor/outdoor; occasional physical activity (walking, bending, climbing, etc.).

- Build and optimize a scalable sales system
- Drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets
- Improve win rates and expand into new markets
- Develop strategic partnerships and MSAs
- Create a relationship‑focused scorecard and sales culture
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse sales team
- Experience leading leaders in a construction environment
- Strong systems/process mindset
- Ability to read blueprints
- Proven negotiation and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable with ambitious goals and rapid growth
- Relationship‑driven leadership style
