Location: Batavia, IL
Compensation: $150,000-$200,000
Travel: <20%
Reports to: President
Industry: Commercial Construction (95% of business)

The Opportunity
The CSO will build, systemize, and lead a high‑performing sales organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast growth, loves creating order from chaos, and wants to help scale a company toward $100M+. Fence experience is not required — strong commercial construction leadership is what matters.

What You'll Do
  • Build and optimize a scalable sales system
  • Drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets
  • Improve win rates and expand into new markets
  • Develop strategic partnerships and MSAs
  • Create a relationship‑focused scorecard and sales culture
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse sales team

  • Experience leading leaders in a construction environment
  • Strong systems/process mindset
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Proven negotiation and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable with ambitious goals and rapid growth

Work Environment
Office, construction sites, and yard environments; indoor/outdoor; occasional physical activity (walking, bending, climbing, etc.).
