We're seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead field execution and project delivery across heavy civil and municipal utility construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep experience in infrastructure, underground utilities, and public works.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for multiple active job sites
• Manage crews, subcontractors, and equipment logistics
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with municipal standards
• Collaborate with project managers on scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and city officials

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in heavy civil or municipal utility construction
• Proven leadership in field operations and crew management
• Strong understanding of underground utilities, roadwork, and public infrastructure
• Familiarity with DOT, OSHA, and local agency requirements
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
