Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects, from preconstruction to closeout.
- Supervise and mentor project teams, including Project Engineers and Superintendents.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and cost controls to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Review and negotiate contracts, scopes, and change orders.
- Coordinate with field leadership to maintain safety, quality, and compliance.
- Lead client meetings, progress reviews, and internal project coordination.
- Work closely with estimating and leadership teams during project setup and forecasting.
- Conduct jobsite visits and ensure projects are executed on time and within scope.
- Experience: 7+ years as a Project Manager in the mechanical contracting field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Project Experience: $50M+ mechanical projects; government or municipal experience a plus.
- Skills: Leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and communication expertise.
- Software: Proficiency with MS Project, Acumatica, or similar project management tools.
- Salary range: $120K-$140K+ DOE
