Role Overview
The Superintendent will lead field operations for complex, high-value custom homes, overseeing all on-site activity, subcontractor management, scheduling, and quality control. The position requires precision, communication, and leadership in managing high-end work within a mountain environment.

The Superintendent will lead field operations for complex, high-value custom homes, overseeing all on-site activity, subcontractor management, scheduling, and quality control. The position requires precision, communication, and leadership in managing high-end work within a mountain environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction activities and field operations for luxury residential projects.
- Oversee scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material logistics.
- Ensure project delivery meets design intent, quality, and safety standards.
- Work closely with owners, architects, and project managers throughout all phases.
- Maintain project documentation, reporting, and cost tracking.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end custom residential construction.
- Proven success delivering architect-driven homes valued at $5M+.
- Familiarity with mountain or cold-climate construction methods.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to relocate to or commute from the Bozeman/Big Sky area (approx. 45 minutes).
- Candidates from similar resort markets (Jackson Hole, Vail, Aspen, Tahoe, Park City, etc.) are encouraged to apply.
- Multiple new luxury homes under contract with more in negotiation.
- Hiring 2-3 additional Superintendents to support an expanding project load.
- Relocation supported for qualified candidates.
