Remote Tax Senior Associate - Cincinnati

We are seeking a talented Remote Tax Senior Associate in Cincinnati to join our team. Although this is a remote position, we are looking for candidates who live in Cincinnati or who are actively looking to relocate to Cincinnati.
  
Responsibilities:

• Review & prep complex tax returns
• Lead client engagements across diverse industries
• Cultivate strong client relationships
• Mentor and guide staff accountants
• Drive firm growth as a stakeholder

 Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience working at a public accounting firm in the tax space
• Experience working with clients in one or more of the following industries: Manufacturing, Construction, Distribution, ESOP, Professional Services, Family Business, Nonprofits, Transportation, Veterinary
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Outstanding client service and communication skills
• Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment
