JOB:
We are seeking a driven Applications Engineer with strong machining, programming, and processing skills to join the team. In this role, you will leverage your experience as a seasoned machinist to handle machine setup, CNC programming, and the production of customer parts as part of the sales process—for presentations, demonstrations, and turnkey solutions to be delivered and installed at customer facilities.
Key responsibilities include supporting the sales process by developing estimated solutions for customer requirements and occasionally traveling with the sales team to assist with solution proposals and demonstrations. You will also play a key role in turnkey projects, ensuring solutions are successfully engineered and implemented. A solid understanding of the machine tool industry and company product lines is essential, along with consistent use of CAD/CAM software to design tooling and programs. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented Applications Engineer to help build strong client partnerships and drive meaningful business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:
The preferred candidate will possess a strong machining background that includes
· Proficiency with the setup, operation and programming of CNC Machining Centers and Turning Centers
· Experience with fixture and tool design
· 5-Axis programming & Mastercam experience preferred
· Great organization and prioritization skills
· A strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
· The ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
· Strong verbal and written skills
· A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
