New Home Sales Representative (2 Openings)
Location: Southwest Ohio | On-Site | Multiple Communities
Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday | 12 PM - 6 PM
A well-established regional homebuilder is hiring two New Home Sales Representatives—one experienced and one entry-level—to support sales growth across several active communities.
We're looking for sharp, motivated individuals who thrive in a professional sales environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, great with people, and excited to help buyers find their next home.
Role Breakdown:
- The experienced hire will manage 3 communities and should bring a strong background in new home sales. No license needed—ideally, they won't have one.
- The second hire will manage 1 community and doesn't need prior home sales experience—personality, potential, and drive matter more.
Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in prospects and follow up with leads using a simple CRM system
- Guide buyers through the full sales process—from site selection to contract
- Maintain a clean, well-presented model home and sales center
- Track buyer traffic, follow-up activity, and key performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing, construction, and design teams to ensure smooth handoffs
- Participate in occasional community events and Realtor outreach
- Report directly to senior leadership
Schedule & Flexibility:
- Workdays are Saturday through Wednesday (12 PM - 6 PM)
- Required to work weekends, with the ability to flex out two weekend days per month for a weekday
Compensation & Benefits:

- 5+ years of proven sales experience (for the experienced hire)
