Job Description
As a Business Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of complex business litigation matters. Your duties will include:

• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Assisting with discovery, including document review and interrogatory responses
• Preparing for and participating in depositions, hearings, and trials
• Collaborating with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services

  
Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• 3-6 years of litigation experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Trail experience is a plus
