Corporate Attorney

Partnering with a Minneapolis area law firm seeking an experienced corporate attorney to join their team.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of sophisticated corporate transactional experience gained at a reputable law firm. Key responsibilities and required skills include a broad range of transactional services, such as handling medium and large mergers & acquisitions, representing growth-stage entities, and managing private placements. The preferred candidate will also have expertise in various financing transactions (equity, debt, mezzanine), debt and equity structuring/restructuring, sale leaseback transactions, and private equity representation. A significant part of the role involves drafting, negotiating, and closing transaction documents.
  
Juris doctor or equivalent from an accredited law school is required as well as an active license to practice law and/or membership in MN state bar.
